Begin the year by learning these healthy, guilt-free recipes for some classic tea cakes. The base recipes are all made without

❌ eggs

❌ condensed milk / cream

❌ refined flour 

❌refined/white sugar/brown sugar/jaggery

❌ chemicals or preservatives 

using easy ingredients that can be found easily in most grocery stores worldwide.


Please note all the recipes of this workshop are gluten-free and refined sugar-free. However two of the recipes use dairy products that can be substituted if needed but will result in minor variations in taste and texture.

  • Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cake with Gourmand Glaze (can be made sugar-free)
  • Flourless Goey Chocolate Orange Mini Cakes (can be made sugar-free)
  • Mocha Almond Cake with Vegan Ganache (can be made sugar-free)
  • Apple, Walnut & Raisin Cake (sugar-free)
  • Coconut Lemon Cake with Lemon Pastry Cream (contains dairy, can be made vegan and sugar-free)
  • Rose Cardamom Mawa Cake (contains dairy)

  • All the recipes are made using millets/oats/nut flours. No refined flour or whole-wheat flour is used.  
  • Recipes are not 'sugar-free' but use unrefined sugar and healthier sweeteners such as raw sugar, coconut sugar, date syrup, and other unprocessed sugars. I will be sharing sugar-free (diabetic-suitable) alternatives for most of the recipes demonstrated in the workshop.

FAQs 


  • On which platform is the live session conducted? 

Facebook. You need to have a facebook login in order to access the course. 


  • I cannot attend the class on the date. Can I still register? 

Yes. You have access to the recording of the video till 1st January, 2026. Even if you cannot attend the live session on the given date/time, you can watch it any time of your convenience. 


  • Are written notes provided? 

We provide detailed written notes for every course. Additionally written information is shared for variations of the recipes, pricing info, brands used, packaging references, and vendor details if any. This ensures you have maximum information available to recreate the recipes whether you attend the live session or not. 


  • Where can I ask my queries/questions related to the recipes after the session is over? 

On the facebook group or on Instagram - we attempt to respond to most recipe-related queries within 48 hours, sometimes there may be delays. Non-recipe related questions are deprioritised. 

 

Steps after paying for the course 

- You will get an email with joining details and link to the facebook group. 

- You need to send a request to join it using the same name that you have registered with. In case your facebook name is different, you need to reply to the email with the name you are using so we can approve your request. 

- Request to join the facebook group is approved manually after we confirm your payment status. 

- Ask your queries/share your photos on the group
