Madeleines are French-origin small butter cakes that are light, not too sweet and perfect as a tea-time accompaniment. These petite cakes are perfect for snacking, school tiffins, a mid-afternoon snack, as hamper additions and as give-aways for birthday parties, baby showers, and other occasions.


If you are a professional baker and struggling with the current sky-high prices of chocolate, this workshop offers you the opportunity to introduce a new product and flavours to your menu that your customers are sure to love!


In this workshop, I'm diving into the technique of making these tiny treats alongwith some incredibly fail-proof recipes that are easy even for a first-time baker to replicate with success.


The workshop covers the following recipes - 100% eggfree

  • Classic brown butter madeleines
  • Chocolate madeleines with Salted Caramel Ganache
  • Coconut madeleines with bounty ganache
  • Pistachio madeleines with pistachio ganache
  • Lemon Crumble madeleines with lemon curd
  • Blueberry madeleines with blueberry filling
  • Raspberry swirl madeleines with raspberry jam
  • Orange & choco-chip madeleines


All of the above recipes will be taught from scratch including the fillings and garnishes.

  • On which platform is the live session conducted? 

Facebook. You need to have a facebook login in order to access the course. 


  • I cannot attend the class on the date. Can I still register? 

Yes. You have access to the recording of the video till 1st July, 2026. Even if you cannot attend the live session on the given date/time, you can watch it any time of your convenience. 


  • Are written notes provided? 

We provide detailed written notes for every course. Additionally written information is shared for variations of the recipes, pricing info, brands used, packaging references, and vendor details if any. This ensures you have maximum information available to recreate the recipes whether you attend the live session or not. 


  • Where can I ask my queries/questions related to the recipes after the session is over? 

On the facebook group or on Instagram - we attempt to respond to most recipe-related queries within 48 hours, sometimes there may be delays. Non-recipe related questions are deprioritised. 


  • Will there be a whatsapp group for this workshop?

Yes. There will be a whatsapp support group for the workshop that will be active for one month where you can ask your queries, share feedback, etc. Most queries are responded to directly by Chef Pooja within the one month since the commencement of the workshop. Post one month, the group may continue to stay active by the members, however Team Love and Flour by Pooja do not commit to continue answering queries via Whatsapp and request students to redirect their questions to the other mediums mentioned above.

Steps after paying for the course 

- You will get an email with joining details and link to the facebook group. 

- You need to send a request to join it using the same name that you have registered with. In case your facebook name is different, you need to reply to the email with the name you are using so we can approve your request. 

- Request to join the facebook group is approved manually after we confirm your payment status. 

- Ask your queries/share your photos on the group
